You have to wait for trucks coming from Mexico. The potholes have a valley effect. I paid a $100 lumper fee. Cash only. I think one star is fair. Ooo, I used the restroom. Two stars.

For reffer loads only:
overnight parking on the street
Bring 80 dollars cash only for lumper
I m giving it 5 stars because its a 50/50 situation
If your trailer from mexico is here you are in and out in one hour if it is not you are going to wait until its here could he 4 hours could be 2 days this is not a refrigerated location they just swap your merchandise from your reffer trailer to the reffer trailer going to mexico
Also the potholes in the place are not potholes they are pools if you have new tires and you are a careful driver that knows what they are doing you are good
If you are a driver with worn out tires and don’t know what you are doing you are leaving with a guaranteed flat as a souvenir.
I didn’t have any problems here got here at 8 am my mexico trailer arrived at 10 am unloaded in 10 minutes and this is FCFS .

Reefer driver, be prepare to wait until the Truck from Mexico arrive to get your load transferred to their Truck. They don’t have refrigerated warehouse.
If you have appointment at 8:00 am, don’t worry if running late, the employees will firs go to buy food and then they will come back to work

Load was ready once I got there. Check in 10am was at door by 11 and I was out by 12pm. Not bad keep in mind load was ready to go since the day before. Brokers should only give out loads that are ready to go and not loads that haven’t even crossed the border yet. Remember that drivers before you take any load.

Owner of this location needs to invest on fixing back holes all over wires sticking out you should be ashame of renting out these warehouses 👎🏻
