When this firm was owned/operated by David Robinson, it was incredibly personable. David and his staff knew their clients. When David retired and the transition began for the new team to take over, this personal touch fell by the wayside. Thankfully, we still had Phil (a long-time employee of David's), so we stayed. Unfortunately, when Phil retired, we became just a number in a long list of clients rather than people who had been loyal clients for almost two decades. When we received our initial contact this year, I responded that we would no longer be utilizing their services. There was no, "if you have a moment, can you tell us why you're leaving us since you've been with us for 20 years?" Just "thanks for letting us know" and "we'll remove you from our system." And that, folks, "their system," is precisely why you should look elsewhere for accounting services.

This CPA did my business taxes and my personal taxes and by far are the most proficient and efficient I have found during my 38 years years involving tax returns. You will never find a more up to date, customer oriented and exceeds his client's expectations by far, in his up to date tax knowledge. His staff is the most pleasant I have ever encountered. They always make sure to have a check list of all needed according to the most recent IRS tax breaks, credits, etc. which results in the most accurate tax returns yielding the highest tax benefit and tax advantages within the IRS tax laws for their clients. I would highly recommend this CPA for business and personal tax preparation.
