The people here were nice and welcoming. They seemed like they're only there to answer questions and ride with you on the test drive, not to pressure you to buy. I did finance a Subaru Legacy GT from them though and I love it! I really wish they programmed the key fob that came with the car but it's okay. Overall good experience and I'm happy with both my new (used) car.

I submitted an inquiry and got a response the next business day. Talked to Mario on the phone, who confirmed the car had hail damage, hence the lower price. HE DIDNT TELL ME UNTIL I GOT THERE that were other issues with the vehicle that they were not going to fix. Drove from Erie to Aurora to get right back in my car and leave.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Acadia late August and have had nothing but problems with the car. First the ac went out and an oil leak started two days after we got the car. The dealer did fix the ac and attempted to fix the oil leak whic lh did not last more than a week before it started leaking again. We have since found out it needs a head gasket replaced and crankshaft seal which isn’t far from needing a whole engine replaced. We are having to fork out 3300 minimum to just get it running again. This dealer sold us a lemon car knowingly and I would not recommend doing business with them unless you want to end up in this situation we are in.
