This is an order at the counter and they bring it to your table type of establishment. I loved my ribs and the pulled pork was good but not warm. Their sweet bbq sauce is good. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries and the rest of my group raved about the regular fries.

Can’t say much about the service other than they got the order correct and some of the food was hot and some was not. The restaurant & bathrooms were clean.

We parked down a little bit and walked. I don’t think there is a dedicated parking lot.

First time in this place & it was fantastic! We’re originally from the south & the pulled pork/brisket were melt in your mouth good, with the crispy edges. Just how we like them! Portions were generous, & prices were fair. I got the pulled pork sandwich with fried okra. Hubs got the brisket meat platter. Our kids got the kids’ corn dogs with fries (they were out of the smoked Mac & cheese- want to try it next time). All was tasty & cooked to perfection. The gal who took our order was very nice. Plus 5b’s gets bonus points with me for having that chewable ballpark ice. Great find! Would recommend 10/10

We decided to try 5Bs BBQ based on other reviews and word of mouth, so we took the family out for a meal. The menu had a decent selection, though the kids' menu seemed a bit lackluster. For example, one chicken strip with fries for $8 felt overpriced.

We ordered two brisket plates, each with two sides. I specifically asked for fatty brisket on mine, and we also got a two-meat plate with pulled pork and brisket for the kids to share, along with a grilled cheese from the kids' menu. The orders came out in a respectable amount of time, but unfortunately, the portions were less than expected.

Both brisket plates were fatty, which was fine for me, but my wife did not enjoy hers as she had not ordered it that way. Oddly, the two-meat plate came with lean brisket instead. The brisket itself was moist and tender, but it lacked flavor. My wife ended up not eating hers due to the excess fat.

The sides were a mixed bag. The fries and mac 'n' cheese were good, but the coleslaw had a strange aftertaste, and the potato salad was excessively wet and lacked flavor. The meat plates also came with pickles, fresh jalapenos, and pickled onions. While the pickles and jalapenos were fine, the pickled red onions were surprisingly bland.

On a positive note, the kids enjoyed their meal, but overall, I wouldn't return or recommend this place. Despite the decent service, the food quality just didn't meet our expectations.

Loved my trip this afternoon to 5 Bs BBQ! I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was juicy and delicious, and my side of fries were crunchy and soft at the same time, also delicious. The staff were all amazing and all together made me want to come back next time I'm in town.

I had friends share with me that the next time I pass through Gunnison I should look for the PINK building for 5 B's BBQ. It wasn't hard to find. The food portions were plentiful and delicious. I had a loaded baked potato with all the fixings and pulled pork. Next time I'll ask to leave off the raw Jalapeno slices. I also noticed on the door they have daily specials. Tuesday had Ribs for $1.50 each. I had two mouthwatering ribs. BBQ sauce was perfect. They have fountain drinks and for those wishing for Coke Zero, they even had 20 oz bottles. Very nice staff. I'll be back!!

Let’s get into it, some of the food is edible, but it’s not good like as I would return good …never have seen such bad coleslaw in my life. No smoke, so I’m sure it’s all made in the oven.. no pits in site. This is not BBQ, no sir. Gunnison needs more fast food chains such as wingstop, chick fil a, whataburger, Cane’s ect. And when that happens maybe this place as others will get the hint and feel the hit,and do better. Food was awful and embarrassing.

My partner is from Arkansas and often longs for the taste of home... when this happens, I know it is going to be a 5B's night! All their meats are impeccable and sides fantastic. Not only is the food amazing, but Jessica, her family, and team make you feel like right at home. We love supporting this amazing local business.

Awesome barbecue joint. I had a half pound of brisket, which was excellent. She had the brisket sandwich with sides, which were really good.
