Everything I personally own that requires coverage is insured with Agent's Insurance. Their rates are absolutely unbeatable, and their customer service is way above the standard bar. I refer every person that asks me about home or auto insurance to Crystal and Teresa. They are honest, Christian ladies with great attention to detail. If you are even considering shopping insurance rates, go ahead and do yourself a favor and call Agents.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. The agent, and owner, Teresia Cunningham, was inept, unresponsive and devious. She was the go-between me and the insurance company and she, supposedly, took care of everything. The only times I heard from the insurance company was when they would notify me of expiration. I would notify "my agent" and she would then pay the company the amount due although I had already paid for the year in full. Six months ago my policy expired and she neither notified me of that or told me a yearly payment was due. I also asked for quotes on earthquake insurance and some other questions that were never even addressed. I am glad to be rid of this woman!
