An extremely expensive insurance, for that reason I decided to change to another insurance with the same benefits at half price, and when I decided to cancel my insurance the gentleman took a unpleasant attitude and treated me in an unfriendly manner just because I decided to cancel my insurance with them, I asked him how long it would take to get my refund and he said I don't know I have no idea! I tried to contact them by phone a couple of times and they didn't answer, then I sent an email to Lisa April 9 and today is April 15 and she didn't answer until today. Today it's been 14 days since I canceled my insurance and they still haven't returned the money for the 3 weeks that I didn't use their insurance.
With a clean record and 6 years of experience and a 2005 Chevy Colorado pickup truck, it is very expensive and I did my calculations and informed myself as every person who pays insurance should do and I used the insurance for only 6 days and to know how much they are supposed to return to you, this is the total of what you pay. In my case, $109 divided by 30 = 3.63 by 24 = 87.2 but they said they would only return me 28 dollars apparently.
I don't think it's fair, but I hope my review helps you if you're looking for insurance.
