I am not happy with my bill continuing to go up every 6 months. I have no points on my license or my insurance. And I'm doing good if I drive 50 miles in a week. They told me the reason for the increase in my bill is because of the cost increase in repairs. I don't understand why I have to pay for other people's mistakes. And when I paid my home owners insurance last time it went up drastically and I only had 1 small claim in all the years I have had insurance with them. This has got to stop or none of us will be able to afford it!!! 👎 And there's no use in contacting the Insurance Cominisher for NC because they won't even reply back to you.

They were polite. But denied us home insurance. We've been great customers with the previous company for several years. Saying we had 3 claims which were for the same claim (a roof). After opening / closing and opening the claim was done and trying to prove what the roofing companies comments which were wind hail and storm damage. Opening / closing / opening ( same claim)and told that was best to do also to get different roofer to look at our roof. So, Like a good neighbor / we treat you like family , that's not good business. Because they dropped us after they agreed on a roof for our home. Now we're searching for insurance for our home.

I am switching to Farm Bureau because they are available and attentive to my needs, especially financially. The agent is great about returning emails and about calling when he says he will. I'm very happy with the prices and the savings. I highly recommend Farm Bureau Insurance Company.

Excellent customer service. However, don't have a claim they'll cancel you quickly. Been with them for over 20 years and never had a claim until 2022, cancelled our HO policy. They told me that they wouldn't even consider giving me a policy again for at least 5 years.

Farm Bureau saved me several hundred dollars when I had my insurance quoted. Chelsea was my go to and she was very knowledgeable and personable. She informed me that if I ever had a claim to just call her. I like the fact of having a local representative.

Disappointed with this location is an understatement!

We were with Farm Bureau for over 8 years. Our child got his licenses when he turned 18 and had his own insurance. Up until a few weeks ago everything was fine until he had some issues going on with himself. Due to his address being listed as ours, we were told we had to insure him even though he had insurance. Turned in the proper paper work showing his insurance, we thought problem solved but nope...at this point, our son's licenses were suspended and we were told that the only coverage we could now get was liability instead of the full coverage we previously had. We were told that he had to get coverage on himself which he did again even though he didn't have licenses, and then we were told full coverage still could not be provided because he doesn't have licenses and because his legal address is our address even though he didn't/doesn't live with us. Did I mention...HE DOESN'T HAVE LICENSES!!!!!!

We asked about forms we could sign stating if he drove our car (which he wouldn't) and had an accident, that we wouldn't hold Farm Bureau liable. We were told no such form existed, that he could grab our keys and just take off...guess they didn't get the part that he doesn't actually live at our address.. He (our son) either had to change his address or our full coverage would terminate. No other option given!

We were put through the ringer trying to figure out how to keep our full coverage insurance with this company! We asked how to remedy this issue because we wanted to keep doing business with them, and we were told our child had to change his legal address to wherever he was staying or lose our coverage, no other option was ever given...we were just told that it was Farm Bureau's policy.

As stated from someone else in the reviews, everything is good until it isn't. Don't expect help if you need it. We were sad to leave Farm Bureau but it is what it is...I now know of three other people who have taken their business elsewhere just this year alone.
