I called to get a FS-1 form sent to the DMV. I was told at first it would be there by 2:30, after that I spoke with a lady that stated she could expedite it. All the while my aunt is standing in the DMV waiting on it . I then call back at 2:45 and they tell me that they sent it check now of course it still not there and then they say check now it says it was sent at 2:57 still not there I speak with another lady named Nell ID 4##SITEL^K and she states that it cant be faxed or emailed. I explained to her that no one informed me of that. So she then tells me to tell the DMV to check the data base it is now 3:32 as Im typing and it still has not been received. This was one of my worst experience ever with a auto insurance company . The only thing positive I can say is I got a lower rate .
