I switched to Allstate a couple of years back and have been very pleased with this company ever since. I find it refreshing to deal with people who are as nice and accommodating as this the team is at the Shytle agency. I've interacted with most of the agents, and everyone has a great attitude. I mainly communicate with Johnathan Tate and he has always handled my needs with a friendly and professional approach. I can't say enough about how good this agency is.

After being insured by GEICO for 35 years, I decided to do an Insurance comparison. I thought all the prices would be close and I would continue with my standard policy. I requested prices for duplicate coverages and was surprised when Allstate's quote gave me more than 20% reduction in cost. Without hesitation I switched over to Allstate and did not look back.

Over all the company does good and the communication is great. Unfortunately, the prices for the combined home/car went up significantly and another company became a better deal in the short term. I will keep the company in mind if things change as they always do. I had no issues with the company.
