Thanks to the Juengel Agency I have successfully made the transition to being an insured home owner and recent resident of NC. Thank you Matt! So refreshing to find knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and high quality customer service in this age of computers, call centers and voice mail jail. Matt responded fast. Of 6 local agents I asked for a quote, 3 failed to even get back to me. Matt found the best value auto, home and umbrella bundle for us, answered all my questions, has a deep understanding of NC insurance laws and presented us with a wonderful quote. More for less, increased protection with substantial savings over my previous less service online carrier.
