Luanne at MSH insurance is the best. My wife and I spent the entire afternoon calling different insurance carriers. Out of everyone we spoke with Luanne was the best and made looking for insurance an absolute breeze and stress free. I’ve always wanted to deal with an agent vs a customer service representative because I believe you’ll get better service. Luanne is very transparent and took time to explain everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered, she also worked hard to make sure the coverages were very affordable I wasn’t familiar with National General but I sold a car to a client that had them and he said they were good to work with. I’ll admit I was very nervous signing up with National General but working with Luanne I felt like I made a great decision and that Luanne had my best interest at heart. I’ll follow Luanne where ever she goes as she has won me over but as long as she is at MSH insurance they’ll have a customer for life. Looking forward to working with Luanne for many years to come and referring customers from my dealership to her.
