I was very impressed with the level of professionalism I received when I called into the office Wednesday for a quote. I never had to buy full coverage before and Kim was able to explain everything to me in a simple to understand way and was also very patient with my questions. Today I called the office needing a renters quote and got Katie on the phone. She was super fast and also made it easy to understand. It took maybe ten minutes and my proof of coverage was ready. It is so nice to have people who actually take the time to explain what these different coverages mean.

Do not go with Suggs insurance. They have disgusting customer service. Very RUDE and unprofessional. DO NOT USE SUGGS. Do your research before going with the one that sounds the best!!!

My experience with this company was ok. But after they add my daughter to insurance with out my permission. It turned awful. When I called and asked why my insurance has doubled. They stated we included your daughter on your insurance. I stated she was on her mom insurance. I STATED "I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS". Their reply was they can add her with out my permission. I provided my daughter insurance. Understand, I was asked to send proof. I did send proof of insurance. But for what ever reason that was not good enough. They stated I had to pay the the difference when my daughter was taken off my policy. This was a $135 difference. When I asked why "It was stated to me because I did not reply to their phone calls or emails. I stated " I Never Authorized This". They have shown me they can not be trusted. I took my business elsewhere and got coverage the same day for a cheaper rate. Do Not Trust Them .

Great place to purchase different types of insurance, Car, Home and Life. POV"s and Commercial. They also do income taxes here. Owned and operated by an honest and respectful young lady, that goes by the name of, Shannon Suggs. I've been a client of theirs for 26 years now. Which I think say's a lot about them, professionally and personally. I'm still there! 😁. Friendly and Knowledgeable, when it comes to insurance.
