Tyler was simply AMAZING. I was working through a complex situation with a rental property, a tenant buyer and a divorce. He did an amazing job helping me navigate everything and saved me 10K on the sale! I would recommend Tyler to anyone buying or selling. His commission plan will literally save you thousands. He's kind, thoughtful, and honest. He actually calls you back. He cares about people and is extremely knowledgeable. He even helped me navigate a 1031 exchange that saved me an additional 50K in taxes! There's plenty of real estate folks in the Nashville area, I assure you there's very few like Tyler Faulkner. I could not be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

Tyler was a fantastic agent and is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He guided me step by step through the selling process, helped me find pros to help with last minute repairs, and helped me attract some outstanding bids. Tyler helped me buy a house in 2020 while I was still living out of state. I flew to Nashville for a weekend to meet with him and after I identified an area I liked (but could not find an exact fit) I flew home and continued to look for houses over the coming weeks online. I found a few listings that I liked and he drove over to the houses to take pictures/videos and facetime me so that I could get a feel for the layout/finishings. I loved one of the houses so I ultimately flew up, submitted an offer, and bought my home. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the different areas around Nashville, and he truly cares that you are happy with your new home selection. I have recommended him to 2 other friends buying a house and they loved working with him as well. Cannot recommend him enough. 15/10. 🙂
