Our family highly recommends Chuck Simpson. We reached out to Chuck to assist us in selling our parent’s farmland in Southern Middle TN after their passing. Chuck was outstanding in his service. We are so grateful for his patience as we prepared the property for sale, as none of the remaining family lives nearby or had experience selling farmland. He was very responsive and thorough in his correspondence, ensuring we were ready to list the farm and maximize the value by showcasing features he knew buyers were looking for. His listing described the property in detail and the photos he selected, from the hundreds he made, accurately represented the farm to potential buyers. He made the three-hour round-trip to the property a number of times prior to listing and was on-site for every showing. Thanks to Chuck's insight and attention to details, we sold the property within the first week for the full asking price. Chuck Simpson is a true gem! When starting our home search in middle TN from out of state, we happened upon Chuck’s website, and then pretty much called him out of the blue. It was immediately and abundantly clear that he was very knowledgeable about the TN real estate market. He was also super nice and so we took a chance on working with him; we ended up feeling like we won the lottery! On our first trip to TN he drove around with us about 800+ miles to look at properties, and never gave us the impression he minded doing so. He’s genuinely interested in helping you first and foremost and it’s clear he enjoys what he does for a living, which likely contributes to why he’s so good at it. He was always prompt in responding to our various questions via email and provided helpful information along the way. His ability to professionally deal with the seller’s agent on the home we purchased was really important, particularly since we were out of state. Integrity, honesty, and competency: just a few words that describe Chuck Simpson. Chuck absolutely is the best real estate agent I have met; and frankly, has become a confidant in many ways. About 5 months ago, my wife and I were investigating a move from 1200 miles away. It was a very difficult decision for my wife, and she was unsure whether it was the right move as far as moving so far away from her family. While investigating housing, we met Chuck; and explained the situation. Chuck never batted an eye. Even though we potentially would not be buying, Chuck worked with us to the fullest of his capabilities. After dedicating 3 full days to us, my wife and I fell in love with the Franklin area. Chuck was never pushy or overbearing, and became a friend immediately. After our return to Massachusetts, my wife called Chuck several times, and explained her feelings, and her doubts. Chuck never took his own interests into the conversation. He frequently discussed my wife’s thoughts, and many times had discussions with her that could have prevented us from moving. It was all due to Chuck caring about people first, a trait that rarely exists in people anymore. After a few months of working with Chuck remotely, we flew back down to the Nashville area, and starting looking at houses again. We found a great house, and Chuck helped us consistently along the way of negotiating the deal with our interests in mind the whole time. After our offer was accepted, we went back to Massachusetts, and focused on our move. During our absence, Chuck took the initiative to frequently visit our new home to ensure all of the contingencies were addressed, kept us updated, and continued to take a personal interest in our account. This relieved a tremendous amount of stress (and saved us a significant amount of money in travel costs) for our family. We knew Chuck had everything handled, and we trusted in everything he was doing. Upon closing on our new home, everything was in great shape, and the amount of preparation definitely was realized on our closing date. By the end of our real estate adventure, I truly feel that we were no longer working with a real estate agent…we were working with a friend. Chuck is a thorough man, with a tremendous amount of detail-driven initiative. It goes without saying that I give my highest recommendation to Chuck for anyone who is looking for a real estate agent who will take a personal and professional interest in their account.

I cannot emphasize the huge amount of knowledge and experience that Chuck Simpson has with raw land purchases. Chuck understands real estate and home buying but his knowledge with undeveloped property was so helpful and reassuring. He helped guide and direct us through our search of property and provided ensight on many issues that my wife and I had not considered. His assistance was such a valuable resource. He also took charge of working with the seller and their agent on several items that could have been potential pitfalls for us. I can't say enough about how happy we were to have Chuck help us get our dream property. He truly had our best interests at heart and understood our desires. Chuck is the best. He is very patient. He looked for almost 5 years for me to try to find the perfect piece of property and once he did it, he stayed with the process through the closing and took over ownership of any problems that we ran into.
