I was fortunate that Dalton responded to my query because he helped us through the process of buying this home remotely- he walked us through the home via a FaceTime call (we had family meet him in person at the home for the tour as well). We have found him to be very honest and thorough- he pointed out possible repairs/things to look out for, and these were included in the final inspection report and were repaired, and he was accessible via text, phone and email throughout the home buying process to answer our questions.
