Signed a contract on house… paid over $500 for a home inspection. And the realtors that I was working with failed to mention the home was being “sold as is” and this is information they had as it was posted on the MLS by the listing agent.
They NEVER disclosed this information, even tho they knew the sell would be contingent on the inspection. Had I known it was a “sold as is” I would’ve never wasted my time even looking at it to begin with nor would I have wasted my money on an inspection knowing the seller had no intentions of fixing anything or even being able to negotiate- because again the home was being sold as is. When I canceled the contract, I requested to be reimbursed my inspection fee and also asked how they planned on handling this situation. And still, no one has contacted me about this.
I was completely misrepresented and misinformed in regards to this home… Important information was not given to me and cost me over $500 and so much time. I would give 0 starts if it was an option.

Dealt solely with Adam Sharp who was exceptional at what he does. Our family has moved many times and dealt with many realtors who I can say were mostly horrible at their jobs. Adam was there when I needed him, spent the time needed to do the job right, had answers to all our questions. Found us what we wanted quickly and set up the closing/saved us money.
