We can’t begin to thank Hunter enough for the time and effort he put into helping us find and buy our first home. We had a unique situation and a bit of a time crunch and Hunter made himself available and flexible to work with our schedules. As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and Hunter was very knowledgeable on most. Anything that was out of his realm, he knew the right people to get us in touch with. At the time, the market was moving quick, we would see a home and have to make a decision about an offer before the end of the day, and Hunter made sure to have all the paper work ready to go to get our offers in on time and gave us advice about the current market to help us make stronger offers. The house we ended up buying we saw on a Saturday morning, and by Saturday evening the offer had been accepted! We so appreciate everything Hunter did and we 100% recommend considering him when looking to buy.
