I rented for two years from Mike Carter until I relocated out of state for work. It was a pleasure renting from Mike. Maintenance was hassle free and always a quick turnaround. Very personable and great to work with.

Just do your transactions with Mr. Henry. Not Chris. 2 churches gave $350 to put on our balance but he never did it. We had to warm water on the stove because Chris will not respond to any messages or any requests in the portal. He will gets amnesia real quick when he say something. Don't get on here lying like oh I was patient with you this and that! We were too and that hot water tank, doors and stuff never got fixed so who was patient. We got tired of boiling water to take a bath. We are getting someone to fix that eviction just in case you didn't know that. So we have nothing to worry about but whoever moves in that place will not stay long at all. That place will stay empty and you will not make any money off of it.

Rented a beautiful home through them for 3 years. In that time, management was courteous and responsive to any needs we had. Maintenance requests we’re taking care of right away. Calls and texts were never ignored. We moved out because the owner decided to sell the home. The only reason why we did not continue renting with them was because they did not have a home that fit our needs available at that time. If they had, we would have continued to be one of their tenants. Carter Realty, Mike Carter specifically, was an excellent Property Manager. We will look at Carter Realty first if we have any future rental needs. Don’t hesitate in being a tenant for them, you’ll have the best experience.
