Great experience overall with the Hinge Development & Realty team! Cody was a a pleasure to work with during such a chaotic time for us as we searched for a new home. She was friendly & communicative, proactive throughout the application process, and thoroughly answered each one of the many questions we had for her from start to finish. Would highly recommend working with her and the Hinge team if you find yourself looking in the Nashville area!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the worst management company I have ever rented from. Every request you have will not be answered or fixed. You will be charged fees that have no explanation to them. There is hidden rules in the leases which prevent you from subleasing or cancelling a lease unless you rent for two years. I lived in the a unit at District Lofts for 2 years and I still received no help. Angela is the worst landlord I have ever had and she will not help you with anything. You won’t receive responses to any calls or emails unless you contact multiple times in a row. And you will not receive any information for higher management when you ask for it. I am beyond unhappy with my experience with this company and I urge everyone to work with literally any other management company.

My husband and I recently listed our home with Jessy Williams, and she could not have been better! She was responsive, timely, organized, and optimistic throughout the process of selling and buying. Not only did Jessy help us on a professional level, she also checked in on us during the move, accompanied us to our closing, and celebrated us once we sold our house and moved into our new home. Cannot recommend Jessy and Hinge enough!!
