I have known Kathy for almost 30 years and the only realtor I will ever use. She is attentive, informative and really knows her stuff. She is very prompt at returning messages or communicating with text if that's what you prefer. She is one of the least pushy people I know but she gets the job done. She sold our house several years ago and it took her all of 3 days! Recently we were charged with selling a relatives house which was quite a bit bigger with more land and a much bigger price tag. This time she sold it in 2 days! And it was a great offer. I'm not saying she sells all of her houses that fast but that was my experience. She is just very easy to work with.

I can't say enough about Kathy (and Steve) but I will try. A few years ago when the market was (really) down, they helped me sell my townhome above asking price (which was a big accomplishment). Kathy found a potential buyer and had to hustle to get the deal done. She knew the area and the other property the buyer was considering at the time. In knowing her market, she was aware that the other property was up for a BIG assessment for roof replacement - while ours was still very new. In short, she got my home sold!

She helped me with the purchase of my 2nd home. The sellers left a TON of garbage / debris / old furniture at the house in the backyard with the trash cans filled to overflowing. She got that issue taken care of in a snap.

She is also the only realtor who ever prayed with me prior to putting the house on the market. I recommend her to all of my friends and clients. Great person. Great realtor. HIRE HER!!!! You will be glad you did!
