Land Purchase. We live out of state and had found a piece of land we really liked. It was a pain staking process but Blake kept us informed and developed a good working relationship with the selling agent that eased the process and ultimately ended with us as the new owners of the land. Professional, Knowledgeable and Fun. We moved from the west coast. Blake was recommended by our broker in Seattle. It’s not always easy to connect with someone via email but Blake did a great job. He came up with a strategy which allowed us to see all of the houses we were interested in over a short period of time. The days were long and he was so easy to be with. He really understood what we were looking for and he patiently explained all of the various details involved with each different property. And for the home buyer, knowing where they will be next is an important piece of finding comfort moving forward. Blake Johnson gets it. I believe he is a realtor not to move properties, but to help people. He knows place is important. He appreciated that particular details and situations make the difference between a place to live and a home.
