Amending my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 because Joshua Fykes reached out immediately upon seeing this review. I really appreciate the prompt response, and it sounds like the issue laid almost entirely with the representative we were dealing with, who is leaving the company. It sounds like she did not relay any of the issues we were having, some of which are listed below in my initial post. I appreciate Joshua reaching out though, and I like to think based on his response that had we not had to deal with Meg, our experience would not have been so negative.

My experience is not buying or selling a house through them, but as property managers I cannot even begin to describe how awful the experience was. Just the highlights: we toured the house and were told they were still renovating and set the expectation that it would be reasonably renovated before we moved in. However, we moved into a house that had barely been cleaned, and when we vacuumed, it was disgusting. There was a hole in the carpet of one of the bedrooms, and in the others there was some kind of substance in it, maybe gum, and other stains. There were no window coverings in the living room to provide any privacy for weeks. A large pile of trash was left on our back porch by the so-called cleaner for three weeks after moving in. The shower had some adhesive used by a previous tenant that had been half removed and someone gave up trying to remove. There was no trim where the floor met the bedrooms’ carpets for months. The person we dealt with would contact us late at night, well after business hours. The entire experience was very unprofessional, and I cannot recommend them at all for property management. Absolutely don’t rent from them!!!!
