Nate’s been a great realtor for us from start to finish!

We hadn’t even decided that we were moving to the Nashville area yet, but Nate cleared his schedule and showed us many properties in a broad area around Nashville so that we could better decide if a move to the area would be desirable and work for us.

Once we decided that we wanted to move to Nashville, Nate helped us find a great builder in the Mt Juliet area. His advice and negotiating skills were crucial in creating a contract that was agreeable between us and the builder.

We’ve bought and sold many homes and the number one attribute we look for in a realtor is communication. Nate was always great and quick to communicate and get back to us. If he was tied up, he always had someone else we could get ahold of to answer our questions or handle issues.

We were moving into the area from a long distance and we couldn’t be present for much of the process. Nate was great and handled much of the details for us while we were out of town and we felt he treated it with the same care as if he were buying the property.

Bottom line. Would I use Anderson Group or Nate Thompson again? Absolutely!!
