It’s not easy to find all the right ingredients for a perfect real estate deal, but when we met Cole, we knew that he is an expert at what he does and felt comfortable putting the process in his hands.

Last year, to put in an offer for this perfect house in a highly sough after neighborhood with excellent schools, sidewalks, pools, etc., we had to sell the house we were in, very quickly.

We were lucky that Cole Melcher was the real estate broker for the house we had found. We told him our dilemma and he went to work on finding a buyer immediately. He made the process worry free and professional and that basically allowed us to move fast and get the whole thing over with. Cole Melcher is an absolute professional and gave my wife and I a fantastic experience for buying our first home! We had a great time looking at all the houses that Cole had to show us before finally submitting an offer for the we currently own. After the offer was accepted, Cole was extemely professional when dealing with our lender and the title holding company. This deal was slightly more complicated due to the home being a foreclosure. Cole was very prompt when with both companies and thorough in the paperwork. My lender offered an "advantage program" for using one of their lenders. The Melcher Group was able to best that offer and we recieved a Visa Gift Card from Cole after closing!
