I just sold my house by owner and I could not be more thrilled with this process. I was referred to him by my Father and very thankful as I did not know this was even an option! I have to admit I was not the easiest person to work with ( very indecisive), but Don was extremely patient. I saved 25,500 dollars (literally) working with him. The process was simple. Go to the website and select a package, fill out forms needed on his website, send him pictures of home via email and let him know what day you need it listed on the mls. Simple as that. No hidden fees and extremely cheap and WORTH IT to get your home on the mls instead of just Zillow or FSBO website. I literally set in my dining room and welcomed about 11 couples and realtors. I cut offers off that same day as they were all WAY over listing. Thank you sooooooo much Don! Excellent service! Very Affordable!

I highly recommend Don Martin if you want to sell your house yourself in TN. This was my first home and the first home I ever sold. After reading many articles about FSBO, I decided to give it a shot. I was skeptical of using someone over in Nashville who I had never met and his website seemed a little bit elementary but it had the information that I needed to know. I lined up all of my questions for Don and he answered EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM over the phone. He works with a lot of people and a couple times it felt like he forgot about me but every single time that I called him, he picked up and got right on it. Despite this, I'm giving him 5 stars because he helped to make sure my process was smooth and that I had all of the information I needed (forms, flyers, etc.). I would like to help him remind people that he only provides the service of getting your listing on the MLS and with providing to you the necessary contracts/forms/etc. If you have a question about his services, just call and talk to him. He is very friendly. If I ever sell a house in TN again, I will certainly use Don.

A complete scam artist! Stay far away! Too many fantastic options in the Middle Tennessee area to fool with this unprofessional man.

Update from owners response: His voicemail says ' I don't schedule showings' (which they were aware of) then directs people to his website for contact information but he didn't list the home or any contact information. He said 'he hadn't gotten around to it' after just under 30 days. How could someone possibly sell the house if there is no contact number? Why would someone list their home but not want any contact information listed for potential buyers?
