Purchasing a house while living in another state is challenging in many ways. We were fortunate to meet Jerry at one of the open houses we attended. After speaking with him about houses in the area, we were instantly drawn to his approachable personality, knowledge of the housing market and of the industry as a whole. It was such a pleasure working with someone who had answers to all of our questions. He worked tirelessly to find us a retirement home that we love. He was always professional and patient during our four month search. Even after we purchased our home, Jerry has continued to communicate with us and assist us with anything we need. Since he is a licensed contractor and knows other quality businesses and tradesmen, he has assisted us in adding a pool, a sunroom, gutting and updating two bathrooms, updating our kitchen- and numerous other projects around our house.
