Charlie Peterson...he's not a man. He's a legend. One of the most upstanding human beings I've ever known. Charlie worked with me on two home purchases, the second a bit complicated. He was the beacon of hope and problem solving in a difficult market and a difficult situation.
Sold recently during a very unpredictable market with a lot of moving parts. It was stressful and I talked to him multiple times on the edge. But he was comforting. He knew what was going on, and it worked. Got a contract. Sold the house. And walked away happy.
Yes, there are great realtors in Nashville. So many of them. But I guarantee you that you will not do better than Charlie. I've known the man for 17 years. He's simply the best.

We cannot recommend Tom Young enough! He just closed a deal for us in Nashville, and he was a pleasure to work with. He is a great combination of being smart, knowledgeable about the industry, and laid-back. He was on top of communications & procedural steps of selling- updating us along every step of the way, and always checking in to see if we had any questions. We needed to do some repairs and upgrades to our house before we sold it, and he had great referrals for every person we needed. When it got to the selling part, he was also great at strategy and negotiating competing offers.
