He is informative and works with clients to get the best deal. Flat fee real estate saved us so much money, but there was no lack of service. Although we are no longer living in Tennessee and can’t utilize his services to find our next home, I highly recommend choosing Jesse and trusting him with this process. I was a bit skeptical before we first started working with Jesse because I couldn’t imagine getting stellar service for less than $1000, but Jesse truly blew us away and exceeded every expectation we had. Jesse is very knowledgeable about the market and works hard for his clients! I paid him a flat fee of $999 and he worked after that just as if he were getting a huge commission! We sold as the market began having some instability and between what we got and what he saved us, we came out quite well!
