I have used Brenda Pressley as my cpa for a couple of years and have been generally satisfied not expecting much and usually generally slow response times. Last year 2021 I had them complete my taxes and paid for the service and the extra amount they charge, in the $100s, for thier backup service in case there are any issues. I had an issue and sent this information over to them and was told they would look into it and get back to me. I assumed the problem had been dealt with and continued on with life. Late March 2022 a garnishment occurred from my daughters account along with multiple fees. That was immediately resolved by me and her after a phone call to the DOR. I found out this issue and resolved the problem myself. I had contacted Brenda Pressley 's office before dealing with the issue with no return of phone calls or email response. After talking with the DOR I was told there had not been any inquiry about the problem from Ms. Pressleys office. I did not use them this year and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Also, one of my daughters used them one year with many problems and no resolutions.

Not a good experience. Errors, they forgot to file tax return, expensive and I would not recommend.
