As a realtor, I wanted to try this company for myself as I had only previously had experience with Curbio. I got much better pricing with Listing Profit, and my Team was exceptional. Excellent job by Roberto, Sylvia, Jefferson, and the rest of the crew. I was very pleased with the kitchen remodeling, the painting, the exterior wall repair, and the hardwood floor refinishing. Thank you to all! I got well above my list price with only 2.5 days on the market.

EDIT: continuing to receive spam calls from this company. My phone rings twice and they have a program where they get it sent right to voicemail so you can’t pick up to tell them to stop calling you.
Receive spam calls from them on a weekly basis. They bypassed the option allowing me to answer, using a program that sends them right to my voicemail to leave the same recorded voicemail every week. Tried to call the company and when the phone number picks up it’s just dead air and then it hangs up on you. Have reported to the Better Business Bureau and FCC. No way to block them because they continuously spoof a different number every time they call

BEWARE!
This company remodeled the home I purchased back in 2022.

Until today, in 2024, we have had issue after issue regarding all parts of their remodel and installation. Not only do they ignore our requests for warranty repairs on their work they do not have the decency to even respond to our emails.

- Roof: Our roofing was installed by them - the shingles fly off every storm
- Electrical: Our electrical system throughout the entire home was installed by them - everything trips and is poorly installed. An independent electrician we hired is shocked that they were able to get away with this type of install as it is hazardous.
- Plumbing: also installed by LP and it was not properly installed. Master bath toilet had to be removed and remounted due to poor install.
Kitchen sink fell through and down into the cabinet due to poor install causing leaking
- Overall drywall/cabinet work: so sloppy

I would NEVER work with Listing Profits. They do not back their work, they work cheap and they leave your home looking like an amateur installed it all. We have spent thousands of dollars in repairs within the first year of their work being completed. They are a scam and I would never recommend them.

This company likes to leave messages on my phone using Slydialer. They are routinely violating Do Not Call rules at both the federal and state level. I can't even block them because they call from a blocked number. Do NOT give shady companies like this your $$$

Someone keeps calling me from several numbers unsolicited and leaving messages please stop. It is the same message everytime:
“Hey this is Luke with listing profit I wanted to touch base with you I wanted to see how your business is growing what are some of your goals for 2024 and see how we can create some synergies on how we can help you get to the next level as a rockstar realtor in this market I know there's been a lot of weird stuff happening in the market but I think we've got some tools that you could use at your disposal to get you some more listings to to get your listing to the top of the market and you know get those offers that are all cash week contingencies you know the deal anyway give me a call back I would love to have my team set up a one-on-one for us to chat give me a call back at this number talk soon…”

Wes Stone, owner of Listing Profits, please remove me from your spam calls. Like the others who have left reviews, I have no desire to work with your business and did not sign up for your repeated spam calls, which go directly to my voicemail. Deleting your spam voicemails is becoming a nuisance.

This company gives no regard to the TCPA Laws. The prerecorded messages and robo dials need to stop. Blocking numbers are useless as they keep coming.

Stop calling me. Your blocked call/quick bypass to voicemail/and repeated voicemails are harassment. I emailed you in February 2024 to stop and again today. Don’t do it again.
