Sara and her team laid out suggestions early in the process that my wife and I followed to the letter, such as paint, lighting, and floor/carpeting changes that transformed our house into a show piece. Her contractor recommendations saved us a fortune in labor and materials. For example, we were able to purchase the lighting suggestions on Amazon. The staging and marketing of our house was extraordinary. The marketing included a video of the before and after of the staging, showing the potential of the property as we had removed all of the furnishing. We did not anticipate that extra effort of making a video of the staging. We are confident this helped get the house under contract within one week from listing.

Sara was consistently in touch explaining the steps, agreeing to meet the contractors, and even picking up our mail as we had already moved. I am certain Sara does not sleep.
