There is a monthly inactivity fee of 15pm that was not disclosed. Even long term investments will still attract the charge, if the account is below a min value and you don't make a the required 'qualifying' trades pm...

I can not wait until I am able to transfer my account to another brokerage firm. The extended times for money to clear 5 days for electronic transfers or after a trade is made, or to be able to transfer are absurd. Customer service is lousy. It is a nightmare trying to transfer the account out. Even logging in at times is difficult as you do not get the verification code in a timely manner or not at all and then you miss the opportunity to make a trade in a timely manner. I have written a few emails in regards to my concerns with no response back. This is the worst online brokerage I have ever tried. The site is also difficult to navigate. I have a few more days until I am allowed to transfer my account. I can't wait, it can't come soon enough.

Great information, may continue with the premium service, after I cancel subscriptions I don't benefit from. Zacks does great research and the write ups are thorough and easy to understand, the knowledge gained by reading their insights is valuable.

The research side of Zacks is very good with frequent excellent articles on the markets and related topics and their proprietary ranking system and decent yet pricey additional fee services.

Zacks Trade has an antiquated and slow trading platform, limited user friendly tools for technical and fundamental analysis and ridiculously long wait times to speak to someone if you encounter problems.

Do not open an account here! If you are looking to open an account both Schwab and Fidelity are far superior in terms of trading platforms, research tool, etc.

Please do not open an account here, if you value your sanity. Approval for application has been more than two weeks pending, with no reply to any email whatsoever. Cash I transferred so I could hit the ground running, maybe even speed up the application process, is still sitting in there. Can't cancel application either, even though for some reason the option is there. Will be looking to take some action.
