This establishment can't take the time out to update there site and Google so that people who need shared branch services aren't wasting there time coming to there locations. It's a simple update however their negligence is an inconvenience for customers looking to use services they are listed for.

I drove 36 minutes away because on Google they are listed as a "shared branch". However the teller just said, " Yea I'm sorry , I don't know they haven't updated that" 🤧🥴

Smh.

As someone who has been a member of this Credit Union for a long time, I am sad to say they have really gone downhill. I would move all my accounts out if I didn't have a car loan with them. They remind me of Bank Of America circa early 2000's before the class action when they had to pay back all the overdraft fees they foisted on people. They say they are limited to 6 overdraft fees per day like that is some sort of favor to the members. Overdraft fees are nothing more than a revenue source, as a deterrent their efficacy is highly questionable, some organizations have done away with this unethical predatory made up fee stuff, not them they have embraced it full speed ahead. If you are in the Charlotte area I would highly consider Skyla or Carolinas Telco before doing business with Truliant.

Branch Mgr told me I should be more careful & check my balance daily when I asked why I wasn't alerted of an overdraft on a business account. I moved my business account to 5/3 after that. He didn't seem to want my business.

I recently set up a checking and savings account and was assisted by the lovely Mila, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home! If it wasn’t for her conversation, we would’ve never realized I’m from the same city that she trains in for work. Off of that alone, we bonded over our similar experiences at places and she recommended plenty of other places here in Charlotte that can comfort me when I’m homesick. She also realized that I accidentally elected for a savings account, when I wanted a checking account as well—a simple error that would’ve made a big difference to me had I left assuming I was automatically appointed both. I was pleasantly shocked to find out they print cards in facility and their app is way more comprehensive than other apps I’m required to use, yet dread. If you haven’t switched from a bank to a credit union, this is your sign✨
