Over 15 years renting, place was in bad shape. We ended up doing a lot of repairs and remodeling out of our own pocket. They let the house go into foreclosure once their own negligence without us even knowing while we were paying our rent. Fast forward to 2021, my hubby passed away then they increased my rent and have been trying to run me out since. Now in 2024 trying to evict me for back rent after I have tried everything to keep it up. 15 years there for this. Not trust worthy or ever fixes anything. Don't rent or buy from them.

Terrible place to rent. They never fix anything and then they send you to collections for stuff that needed fixing when you were living there. Just goes to show, there's nothing but slum lords in and around this area.

Had to drive into flippin to get a key to look at the nastiest apartment ever back in Bull Shoals. Wasn't invited to meet me at this place.
