I’ve been a customer with Truliant, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating lately. I reported my credit card stolen two months ago due to a fraudulent charge, and they assured me they would send a replacement card. However, two months later, I still haven’t received anything. Now, when I log in online, it says I don’t even have a credit card—yet my previous card had a $13 balance that I was still responsible for paying, including the fraudulent charge that came through after the card was reported stolen.

To make matters worse, their customer service team, while friendly, seems completely untrained and unable to resolve issues. How hard is it to send a replacement credit card? And now, it appears they’ve closed my account without even informing me.

This entire experience has been a headache, and I would caution anyone considering banking with Truliant to think twice. Customer service is about more than being nice—it’s about getting things done right. Now I have to see if a local bank can help me since it seems like no one knows what they are doing. I have been through 4 people now and it is rather frustrating.

I have been with Truliant for a couple years now I recently visited this branch to apply for a home equity line of credit. Everyone was super friendly and Adaia communicated with me along the way making the process so easy. I don't check emails regularly so she made sure to reach out to me if they needed anything. If we can get them to train the North Point location that would be fantastic.

I have been at Truliant since 2012 and up until recently it has been a good experience, but they have put a 5 business day hold on my last two mobile check deposits. That has never happened before. These are local checks for less than $1000. Their only explanation is that a mobile check deposit image must be verified. Why that takes 5 business days on a local check is a mystery.

I have been a member of Truliant for several years and of all the lending institutions I have been a customer of Truliant has been head and shoulders above all of them. When I first went in Truliant I was going through a bankruptcy that devastated my credit rating I was barely above 200 but through the years Truliant had helped me pay off loans and vehicles to where I am at the highest rating of my life. If you are dissatisfied with your bank or lending institution come to Truliant you won’t be a number there they treat you like family. Come join a fast growing company that makes you priority one from the people behind the counter to people on the phone if you have an issue. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Terrible and greedy company. Do not finance more than one thing such as auto with these people. We did this and after years of paying fell on some hard times and had to let one go. We informed that we were going to have to let one come back. So we kept the other one current paying after month, month. They waited three months to pick up a vehicle, but instead of picking up the one we agreed on they picked up the one that is current and are taking them both. Calling it, "cross collateralization". We're seeking legal counsel on the matter because none of this was disclosed to us and we're also reaching out to news outlets on this unfair and criminal act. This has not only affected us but the two family members we take care of. One of which has to be a dialysis every other day and is now at a deadly risk. Places like this with policies such as should be ashamed of themselves.

I made an appointment at this location to review a complex account issue. I took the morning off work to make the appoint.ent for 9:00 today. It is 9:30 and they have no idea about my appointment! They can't tell me where THEY think my appointment is. I travelled over an hour to make this. I was the first person I. The door and they have let a walk-in who came after me have dibs on the first banker. To boot, they reset my ex's password thinking that was mine (it was not) so I'm having a lovely conversation with them about how their day is starting off poorly too. 😡

Don't assume that I would drive 75 minutes to come into town to fix this issue if it were a simple password reset. They meant well, but it's caused me nothing but issues. And it's not even 10:00am!
