Purchased a vehicle back in 2021. I loved the vehicle everything was great. Until I noticed that they added an over $4000 warranty to my loan and to the car that I was never told about. When I went to cancel the warranty, it took them forever to cancel it and I didn’t even get a full refund on the warranty. I also had issues with registering the vehicle and the lady who did their registrations back then was extremely rude. There was an issue with my previous vehicles reg as well which I got sorted out but the lady who did their registration paper work was rude. Will never buy a vehicle from them ever again.
