Cody has amazing customer service! I called about an old policy that my grandfather bought for me 35 years ago. I had tried other Allstate offices, customer service lines and even twitter over a few years trying to figure out this old policy and never got any answers. Cody took 30 minutes of his time to help figure it out and direct me to the exact person I needed, even though it didn't personally benefit him or his branch. He is a person willing to help someone who needs it and asks for it. I work in hospitality and this level of service is rarely provided, most people will pass you off when put in a challenging situation. Cody, you were heartfelt and you went above and beyond, thank you for helping me!
