On Sat. March 1st 2025, this gentleman dropped everything and rescued me after my engine overheated and head gasket blew. This happened after an oil change place serviced my coolant the day prior and left the cap off. You can’t go wrong with this tow truck service. Fair prices and fast service. There’s a reason why this company has nothing but 5 star reviews. Called him after speaking with my insurance company’s roadside assistance service and being given a 3hr+ arrival timeframe. Big Will actually passed us by and mentioned the exact location my truck was in, came back and serviced without fail. Quickly scooped up and towed my truck where I needed in less than 10 minutes.
