Fantastic Customer Service!!!! - We have been customers with Inspro for over 10 years and have always been pleased. I did want to highlight that last week we accidentally made a large overpayment on our homeowners insurance and I called the office to see what could be done. I was transferred to Kristen Giese and she was INCREDIBLY helpful! Answered all of my questions, resolved my problem and we had our refund the next day. It was such a relief to have a local person to talk to who listened to what I needed and made me feel valued. Michelle and her team continue to do great work. Thank you guys!!!

The agent Michelle is extremely terrible and unprofessional. We are a local indoor playground and wanted to buy liability insurance. We reached out Michelle and requested a quote. She asked us to filled in a lot of forms. We completed those information and returned them back to her. Then the weird thing happened. In the following two months, we asked update from Michelle by sending over 12 emails and 2 calls. However, Michelle never answered us. Her service is extremely horrible and unacceptable. She deserves to be fired. Stay away this business. Never recommend.
