Action Team Realty is by far the BEST rental company I have ever worked with.
From move in to move out, everything was seamless.
They made sure the place was very clean when we moved in. Mary especially was very attentive and I never had any issues when a repair was needed, or even when I just needed a question answered. I would contact and something would be scheduled either same day or the day after for the things I needed.
They had quarterly check-ins to ensure there were no issues that we did not report.
We are moving out of state for a few years, but I am really hoping I get to work with them again when we return!

Absolutely incredible realty team. Tom handled the sell of our moms home after her death and was so respectful and knowledgeable! He had resources to help with things needed to be fixed that took so much stress off our family during the sell of the home, communication was top notch. We also used Action Team Realty to purchase our current home and I would never use or trust a different company to handle such a huge decision. The Action Team Realty group in my book is the most professional, knowledgeable team. Our interaction with Tom, Mary, Troy was so incredible and looking forward to working with them when we decide to sell another property we own. There are so many realty companies out there and finding one that makes you feel confident in their skills and they make you feel as if your home is the only they are working on, this company does this. I can't sing their praises enough.

Craig was absolutely amazing! I’ve heard about him for at least 15 years from my siblings, who have worked with him in the past, and they always raved about him. I’ve never seen anyone hype up their realtor as much as they hyped up Craig—and he completely lived up to it!

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot to learn, and Craig went above and beyond to guide me through the process. From our first meeting, he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the ins and outs of buying a home. He didn’t just want me to find a house—he wanted me to make an informed decision. He even gave me “homework” to think through whether buying was truly the right choice for me, including weighing the pros and cons of renting vs. owning and checking my lease so I wouldn’t get stuck paying both rent and a mortgage. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to me.

Craig really listened. He asked insightful questions, remembered everything I told him, and I felt like he really understood my wants and needs. Throughout the search, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to show me SO MANY homes and never pressuring me to rush into a decision.

One of the things I appreciated most was Craig’s honesty. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he truly had my best interests at heart. He gave candid feedback on homes, pointing out things he liked and didn’t like, which helped me make confident decisions. I always felt like he was on my side, especially through the negotiation process.

Craig, and the incredible Mary, were fantastic communicators! They were always quick to respond, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and manageable.

Even after closing, Craig has continued to check in and offer help. That level of care didn’t stop once the sale was done, which really speaks to the kind of person he is.

I felt so supported through this entire process, and I didn’t even cry once—which is a big deal for me! 😂 Craig made homebuying such a positive experience, and I would recommend him to literally everyone. He’s simply the best!

He's honest and realistic, he made himself available when we needed him and he closed the deal on the perfect home for us. This is not a spam review btw. The bad reviews are very similar to my experience. I worked with Craig Hawker and Mary.

They wrongfully withhold deposit money, expect you to pay for house repairs that should be covered by them/owners. They mandate the use of their vendors that are absolute garbage. They must receive big kickbacks or something. They surprise hundreds of dollars EVERY month. Then you have to hound them to correct it.

I would never ever ever ever recommend these guys rent from OR to have my home rented.
