West and Crystal have been great from day one. They are very quick to return phone calls, and to follow up on what they tell me they will do. They publish my lease listings widely. West has a lot of experience and I find him to be an excellent resource for discussion ideas about how to best manage and market my property.

Crystal is the one I work directly with on leasing space to tenants. I am continually impressed with how quickly she returns calls, does what she says she will do, vets potential tenants, and works with me and with them or their brokers to make something happen.

I previously have had bad experiences with other commercial real estate brokers on renting commercial space I own, where they were very attentive until I signed the listing agreement, and then they put up a sign and seemed to forget my property even existed.

West and Crystal are the exact opposite. They earn their commissions by actively working, rather than just posting a listing and forgetting it.
