Bryan is my cousin, but regardless of our personal connection, he is a great resource for any first-time home buyer! We came to him with a complicated situation: we were first-time home buyers living abroad in England with a job offer in Logan and a desire to put down roots immediately by moving directly into a home. We didn't know anything about buying a house, and we weren't going to be able to see any properties in person, since we were overseas. Furthermore, we were interested in older (pre-1940) homes, and were on a tight budget. Even though Logan was too far for Bryan to travel personally for showings, he was able to meet with us virtually to take us through what as typically available in our price and age range and connect us with a Logan-based realtor who could help us with virtual showings.
