We can't speak high enough about Brady. From the beginning, he was very responsive, open, honest, and understanding. He helped us sell our home in order to help our financial family position and that was more important to him than anything else. He put our family before trying to talk us into anything and never pushed us towards a decision. He understands Dave Ramsey's principles and that makes a HUGE difference, especially in contrast to the realtor I had when I bought the home. We listed our home on a Thursday night and had 3 offers in hand by Saturday afternoon.
