Roger was the perfect realtor. As a first time home buye, I was nervous that I would be pushed into a decision so that a quick buck could be made, or felt my needs weren't being accounted for. With Roger, none of this happened, instead we had the perfect experience. I had a house in Las Vegas that I needed to sell but I live in NYC. Being 2500 miles away, it presented what it felt like a daunting task. Out of all the brokers I spoke to, Roger really stood out. He did so by addressing all my fears - the hassles with minor renovations, inspection corrections, closing process and a tenant that lived in the house. After speaking with Roger for 40 minutes, he made me feel all I had to do was sign some papers and that was it. I decided to list the house with Roger even though I actually had a decent all cash offer for the house. He got to work right away after we signed the listing contract. He scheduled and coordinated all the renovations and took care of inspection corrections. All the while, not a single dollar came out of my pocket. All costs were settled at the closing.
