I have been dealing with Realty Brokers since 2010. I have bought 2 properties from them, one for investment and the other as a retirement home. The owner is a retired veteran, U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant. His integrity is impeccable. Someone who was not honest and forthright would have been booted out of the service a long time ago. The office girl is a real sweetheart, always polite and professional.

They have managed my rental property since I purchased it and have taken care of any problems regarding repairs and maintenance promptly. I was so satisfied with their service that I had them find me another home for my retirement. DO NOT believe any of the other negative reviews about them. They are most likely from disgruntled people who could not pull off a scam

The single worst property management that there is. These people only care about money. once I get your money it’s all kind of promises. The secretary is very rude, clearly overworked or very confused. How could you live in a place for over a year, and still not have the walk-through things done. The stuff that she promised you in writing. Do yourself a favor go far far away. I’m reporting this company to the health department tomorrow . They gave us On habitable living conditions. It’s infested with rodents and bugs. And they’re trying to put the blame on me. Luckily I was smart enough to document everything. It’s pathetic they should not be in business

Someone close to me just recently inquired on a house..It was a lovely house. The problem is the realtor called back saying that she wasnt qualified for the house. It's clear the realtor didnt do as she claimed she did. No credit was pulled or references called. After numerous calls and a visit to the office. Still no response. It sad to say that it appears they are only out to get people's money and not follow thru with their word. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do not know what they are doing.
