Heidi Williams and her team were highly professional and able to accomplish the sale of two of our properties in a timely manner. Heidi provided honest and realistic guidance and direction for us throughout this process. She made us aware of some of the contractual challenges from our previous closing documents and items we should have better negotiated that our previous agent did not help us with. In other words, we had more bargaining power, but our previous agent did not help us or may not have been aware.

I would highly recommend Heidi and her team, because she is not there to only get the sale, she is there to help her clients get the best deal possible and learn valuable lessons for future opportunities.
