Rob was amazing! I randomly got paired with him from Redfin when I was looking at different houses and he called me within 10 minutes. He took time to listen to what I wanted and set me up to get emails about new houses in the area.

He was always easy to get in touch with, and was able to text me when I couldn’t get on a phone call.

He is extremely friendly and humorous, and kept it light even when some home owners didn’t want to let us tour the house.

I ultimately was able to find a house and we got the offer accepted quickly. Rob made sure I had a good broker for my home loan and I got an amazing rate.

Rob continued to stay in communication, even after I closed on my home, making sure everything was going well. Personally, I will continue to work with Rob for any home buying or selling needs. I have been to many brokerages and this brokerage, BY FAR, is the best. The training alone is worth joining the brokerage. I highly recommend Shauna Gut as your Real Estate Agent at JPAR Elite. She is very knowledgeable about the area because she lives there. Always keeping in touch with interest rates, buying practices, giving sound advice on the many issues that came up; interfering neighbors, people putting trash in front of our empty house, interest rates, markets climbing or falling. In every instance Shauna gave sound advice and got us thru to a closing that all parties were satisfied with. We were always in the loop of what was happening even though we were 3,000 miles away. Working with Shauna to sell our home was absolutely amazing. We needed to sell our house quickly and she did just that. After an open house two days after we listed we had two offers. We had minimal time we had to be out of our home for showings which was great since we have two dogs and two kids to get out each time. Shauna took care of everything including all the HOA transfer paperwork and the solar transfer. During a time when we were extremely busy selling a home with her and moving out of state ourselves she made the process as seamless as possible. She also was able to refer me to a lending company that was phenomenal to work with as well. I couldn't recommend Shauna more to help with selling your home.
