I am no longer in Real Estate and have no ties to this company, just saw these reviews and had to speak up. I represented many Buyers that purchased homes listed by this company over the span of a decade in real estate. This company is easily the most ethical and straight up REO brokerage you will find here in Vegas. They don't even have in house agents. They only work for the bank, they have zero conflict of interest. You never submit an offer that is competing with an in house agents' offer, that's huge. Sometimes the asset managers that make the decisions are pretty stupid, yes, and they actually create tons of extra work for everyone, including this company, but that happens to all REO listing agents. I've met the owner and got to know him over the years. The guy busts his hump to do things properly and be nice to families they have to evict so it bugged me to see these comments, they are nonsense.

I own Raintree Real Estate, which is another brokerage in Vegas. I am also a 3-time "40 Under 40" award winner in the real estate community, so I'll let that speak for my credentials. I have zero business ties to Hastings, other than getting to know the broker over the past 7 years and occasionally writing an offer on one of his REO listings. As stated by the other broker, this brokerage has zero in-house agents; they are only listing bank-owned properties, and don't work with the buyers. The 1-star reviews of this brokerage are pointless, since no member of the public will find themselves doing direct business with this brokerage; only through an unrelated agent to submit an offer on a bank-owned listing. I would agree that they are one of the most ethical brokerages in Las Vegas, and if you get a "multiple counter" on one of their listings, it is because they have multiple offers. If they has to go through the unpleasant task of evicting a former owner, I know they do it legally and with compassion. Believe me, there are many horror stories about unpleasant tenants and former owners that destroy the houses on their way out; I've been in countess properties that have been vandalized and stripped... Are these 1-star reviews by vindictive former owners?

This foreclosure rep has NEVER presented ONE of my offers to the bank owned properties that employ him...HAHA...I betcha my offers were even higher than his pocket investors...Stupid banks...I'm sure someday I'll read a about this guy in the scam section...

He will do any thing to get your home taken away even if the owner isn't present to sign the paper work.
