Paul just helped my husband and I buy our new home!! We fell in love with the property the moment we walked in and Paul made sure to submit the offer within 1 hour. The contract was well made and helped us feel safe and confident. Our process was time sensitive because we were renting at the time and wanted to make sure we would be able to move out of the rental property before our contract expired. Paul understood the assignment. He was very quick in responding our messages and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We even closed a week before the day we were expecting, which gave us more time to pack and move! We also had an issue after we moved in that could have cost us thousands of dollars, but he was able to help us solve the problem quickly without spending a penny. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!!😊

Paul is that plus incredibly knowledgeable regarding the constantly changing world of property management. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

The most horrible property management company in Henderson and Las Vegas. I've never had a worst property management. They will corrupt as much money from you as possible. I had a Security deposit that was never given back to me explaining all the damages that was already in the property. I need to get a quest service if what they charge the previous tenant before me. They double charge everything and never fix things. I paid a company to clean and do carpet in the property just to find out they're charging me again 400 each O came from the military I know how to clear housing so I made sure everything was clean better than we moved in. but Paul Rich tried charging us on things that was already clean and charging us things so they don't have to give the deposit back . they know it's a scam already when I was charged month and a half on Security deposit. I just thank God I'm out of that company's management. I think I'm ready to file small claims on this company I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by this people. I would give negative stars if I could. that's how corrupt this people are. it was fine when they were under rooftop property but everything went down the drain after. 😕

Paul and his staff are crooked, and they will smile in front of you and Stab you in the back. I can't believe they have their staff give fake review to boost them up in rating. How desperate. Shows you how they'll use their own friend to comment on good things about the company. simply no integrity. How sad. Please don't get ripped off by this, guys. May God Bless them. Only Jesus can judge. truly, these people are not for your best interest.
