Being, and purchasing a property, from out of state can be a very difficult task. However, working with Michael made it easier than purchasing local. Not only does Michael understand and know the market like the back of his hand but he treated the process as though he were purchasing his own property. We explained exactly what we were looking for and from there Michael found it and worked to get us a great deal in this market. His efforts didn’t stop there though. With a couple of repairs that needed to addressed he coordinated and made sure they were completed by visiting the property, inspecting the work, and forward pictures. Again handling it as though it were his own. In our opinion he has gone over and above during and after the transaction taking all the stress of the process off of us. For all who view this review, I highly recommend Michael as he sets the bar high and should be recognized as the Gold Standard of realtors!

Michael was a consummate professional from start to finish on my home purchase. His background and understanding of the real estate investing world brings with it a degree of sophistication you don’t get from a normal realtor, but he is very user friendly and easy to get along with.
